We use export-standard packaging to prevent damage. Panels are bundled with protective corners and wrapped in waterproof plastic or craft paper, then loaded securely into containers. We optimize packing to save you on shipping volume and cost.

We offer a structural warranty against fencing manufacturing defects (e.g., weld failures) for [e.g., 5-10] years and a finish warranty against excessive peeling or corrosion for [e.g., 1-2] years, under normal conditions. Specific terms are provided with your contract.

Standard terms are 30% deposit with order, 70% balance against copy of Bill of Lading for new partners. Established partners may qualify for other terms. All transactions are secure and by bank transfer.

We use commercial-grade, low-carbon steel (Q195/Q235). For superior corrosion resistance, all products undergo a hot-dip galvanizing process (zinc coating ≥80g/m²) followed by a durable thermoset polyester powder coating. This ensures a lifespan of 15-20 years in most environments.

Quality is integrated at every stage: from raw material inspection, in-process checks of welds and dimensions, to a final pre-shipment audit. We can provide Mill Test Certificates (MTC) for materials and are open to third-party inspections (e.g., SGS) at your request.

Yes. We provide fence installation manuals, CAD drawings, specification sheets, and test reports. Our engineering team is available to consult on technical requirements for specific projects, such as wind load calculations.

For standard items in stock, lead time is 10-15 days. For made-to-order or custom items, typical production is 25-35 days after order confirmation and deposit. We provide a detailed schedule for every project.
